RACE ROCKS LIGHTHOUSE

Race Rocks are located SW of Victoria in the
Strait of Juan de Fuca. One of the first light houses to be constructed on the west coast it was first lit in 1860 to indicate the rocks and the tide race for which the rocks were named.
